The front desk staff on duty from 1450H is very professional in accomdating me and giving assurance that what ever is mu needs or concern shes just a dial 0 away and she will make the necessary action ASAP

Exellent hotel with excellent staff the girls on reception make you very welcome and always greet with a lovely smile the hotel is very clean and close to all amities the pool is very relaxing and again lovely staff are great this is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and we wil for sure be back soon exellent hotel and rooms at budget prices 100% recommended we will be back soon and I hope many of you do to Thankyou for a relaxing break away

it’s near to shopping centers, cafeterias etc.. the front desk staffs are kind and helpful especially the one on day time(on the day of my stay). she always make sure that my room is ready whenever I stay in this hotel..last time, I forgot something in my room and she called me as soon as the housekeeper found out..I really like her!she’s very good at her job! i won’t rate the hotel 10 if not because of her.♥️ my bad, I always forget her name..but that day, they were 3 on the front desk (2 are new staffs)..good customer service as always!definitely keep coming back on this hotel!

It was a good and unique experience in this hotel, as it met all my requirements and the room was as I requested and it was also very clean, and the receptionist (Joe Ann) was very kind, dealing and cooperating with me, and I will definitely come back again to this wonderful hotel

the staff is very friendly. the ladies at front reception are smiling all the time to customers and very professional. no matter if it's Joan, Jane or Venus, all 3 of them are willing to help with any querries. the rooms are clean, the housekeeping is doing their job. we were asked all the time by the housekeeping manager Noushad if we are satisfied (it's very good that he is requesting feed-back as this is a way to improve all the time). we strongly recommend the pool. clean, hot water during winter and we see every day the pool boy cleaning the pool, taking water samples daily to verify the quality. he is struggeling to keep all area clean and in proper conditions. a big like!
