The hotel was nice and cozy, with a welcoming lobby that embraced us with a pleasant scent the moment we stepped in. We were greeted by Joan, who provided exceptional service, as she has been really helpful in assisting us regarding the amenities and the check-in process. She made the stay feel so warm and welcoming by assuring us that they are just one call away.

thanks for upgrading my room, spacious flat of two room with will equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable, plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel, friendly receptionist and staff

I had wonderful stay there the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed.breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again 😊

A very nice and upscale place, perfect for families. The staff are very professional and cooperative. It is close to all services, and their prices are very reasonable.

The front desk staff on duty from 1450H is very professional in accomdating me and giving assurance that what ever is mu needs or concern shes just a dial 0 away and she will make the necessary action ASAP

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The service is excellent and the staff at the reception and throughout the hotel are polite and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and neat. Good location, we will visit again soon.

Very close to shops, restaurants and ironing facilities, but the problem is that the rooms contain traces of cigarette smells
